Keep the Boat Afloat

Only 16% of coastal areas and waterways are clean, according to the 2019 IBAL litter survey. Cork Harbour near Midleton was labeled as ‘heavily littered,’ ranking among the worst areas surveyed. The report highlighted significant dumping of land-based food waste, traffic cones, and household appliances into the water, a concern featured on RTÉ’s six-one news. We are committed to reversing this trend.
